Free WiFi and parking is provided. good location, close to mangeroi road end track and New Plymouth, nice garden, cottage is very clean, well equip, the owner welcomed us at the check-in, feeling of home. definite recommend this place, will come back next time when travelling to New Zealand.

Very clean and the room came with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Excellent place to stay especially when travelling with kids. Close proximity to the coast, food places and shops. Loved our stay and we will definitely stay at Dawsons when we go to New Plymouth again.

So clean & tidy,lovely towels in the bathroom,we had a superior suite.The beds,pillows were sooo comfortable…this unit was so well equipped.We were fortunate to be right beside a very handy laundry room where we washed & dried our clothes for $4 each machine.

Nice and close to the venue we were visiting for the weekend. Easy to find, dairy and takeaway just a short walk away. The team there are all very nice people. Nice size rooms, beds were comfortable, overall an enjoyable experience.

Nicely furnished. Excellent shower and towels. Tuatara (not instant) coffee and fresh milk. Nice wool blankets. Kitchenette well-equipped, with toaster oven as well as microwave. Owners hands on and take great care of the property. Plus, you have to like the name.
