MAAYONG HOSTEL is a quiet and chill hostel in Panagsama road in barangay Basdiot, ideally located 250 meters from Panagsama Beach & the famous sardine run and 2 minutes walk from the bars, restaurants... The location was wery good, a little bit further from the noise, but still very close to all attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange everything we asked for. The food at the local bar was tasty and reasonally priced. The bungalows were very tidy and cosy. We especially enjoyed the hammock provided outside our bungalow.

Perfect place to sleep and park your vehicle safely before going to Malapascua. Free coffee and bananas in the morning.

The location is close to almost all points of interest in Cebu, such as downtown and IT park. The hostel was clean and comfortable. I almost felt at home! Joie was also a great host, and she as well as housekeeper Marie were happy to help whenever needed.

Banamboo se găsește în Badian, la 14 km de Cascada Kawasan, și are o grădină, o terasă, un bar și parcare privată gratuită. Wonderful hosts and nice peaceful location. Everything is just beautiful there. Josephine and her family are sweethearts. Banamboo organized activities (canyoning and diving) for us and we had the best guides and had them all to ourselves. It was fantastic. The food was good as well. We highly recommend this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pig Dive Hostel Moalboal se află în Moalboal, la 17 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Panagsama, și pune la dispoziție un lounge comun, o terasă, un bar și parcare privată gratuită. * the most lovely and sweet staff: they take care of everything ( tour trips, scooter rental, mosquito protection when you sit outside, they drop you off at the laundry, shuttle to the beach and bus stop, recommendations for restaurants, pick up, suggestions for places to visit..) * clean and good beds * hot shower * good aircon * nice breakfast By far the best hostel ever! It´s even way more better than a lot of hotels. I already miss Pig Dive ( and their dogs) A big thank you!!

Absolute value for money! I stayed a week in Chief Mau and I think it was the best hostel on my 2-month Southeast Asia trip. The hostel has great facilities - quiet and cooled-down rooms with comfy beds, curtains, robust safety lockers and a convenient place for people to put their luggage. Especially the two power outlets that can be found within each bed for safe charging of phones etc. are worth mentioning. The hostel has a really nice upstairs outdoors (but covered) hangout area with pool table and darts, pillows for sitting and a place that is suitable for working. The location is really good, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants around the corner. And the staff - they are absolutely brilliant, the true all-stars of hospitality. In Chief Mau, the staff remembers who you are, what activities you're interested/participating in, and greets you with the biggest smile. I also got so much help from them, whether it was just about asking for some recommendations, or getting a couple extra blankets when I was not feeling well. For new years eve Trisha, the young Filipina who runs the place organized a massive buffet dinner and party in just 24 hours after asking us guests what we would like to do. Thank you so much for making it a memorable night for us!
