Property is lovely, really nice garden, barbecue, house is really perfect for family of 4. Living room is great with balcony going on the garden side, hammock and garden furniture as well with balcony on the top of the roof. Kitchen really good equipped, rooms has heaters were were staying in April and it was a little bit cold but you can warm the space easily with heaters and AC in living room. Bit colder in kitchen and bathroom but easily heaters can be moved. Washing machine and dryer avalaible.

Quinta do Espírito Santo is a historical rural property of 3 acres in Terceira Island. The property includes a manicured garden and an orchard with several fruit trees from Africa, Europe and America.... The place is incredible. The apartment is located in a refurbish farm of the Quinta, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers. But the best part is for sure Francisco and Lucília. They love to share their knowledge and time having breakfast together, answering all the questions you might have. Francisco is a historian/anthropologist/archeologist, therefore the answers will be on multiple levels and incredibly interesting! Home-made jams and cakes of Lucília are absolutely delicious! Not to mention, that they host the most sweet and cuddling cats ❤️

Location could not have been better. Beautiful home. Just outside of Angra on the water. Quiet and peaceful after a day of white knuckle driving on the island! The owner, Maria, was absolutely lovely, as was her staff. Excellent price also. Hope to go back and stay in the spring.
